Improvement and development works for basic infrastructure including street lights drinking water supply schemes street pavements drains culverts and infrastructure enhancement in Regi Sufaid Dheri Malakander Hayatabad University Town and rural urban areas of Peshawar through Single Stage Two Envelope EPADS procedure based on MRS 2025 first bi annual and non MRS items. Eligible government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C and W Department may participate. Technical and financial bids are required through EPADS while financial proposals shall also be submitted physically through registered courier service before due time. Technical proposals shall be evaluated according to criteria mentioned in bidding documents and only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Bid security in shape of call deposit in favor of Assistant Director LG and RDD Peshawar is mandatory. Online clarification facility is available before the specified date and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Additional security and bid security matters shall be dealt under relevant KPPRA notifications.
