Procurement Solarization Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous items and execution of solarization works for University of Shangla including desktop core i7 systems laptop core i7 twelfth generation installation of solar systems with 20 KVA to 30 KVA capacity hiring of security guards and canteen services through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered reputable and specialized firms possessing valid NTN GST KPRA registration and active taxpayer status. Financial proposals must include bid security amounting to 2 percent of bid cost in shape of bank draft or CDR in favor of University of Shangla fee collection account. Firms must provide completion certificates for similar public sector projects non blacklisting certificate and manufacturer authorization letters where applicable. Upon successful bid the selected solarization firm shall conduct an energy audit of the university. Technical proposals shall be opened in the committee room of the university in the presence of bidders and purchase committee members.
