Hospital Emergency Ward Construction Repair Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual ordinary maintenance repair and special repair works for Sifwat Ghayur Shaheed Memorial Hospital Peshawar including establishment and construction of emergency ward for financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage Single Envelope E PADS procedure. Procurement is open to eligible firms and bidders registered with KPPRA KPRA FBR and enlisted with C and W Department having relevant PEC category registration. Bidding documents including instructions to bidders may be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of nonrefundable tender fee. Electronic bids are required through E PADS along with original bid security in shape of call deposit kept sealed in the financial proposal and affidavit confirming financial bid security. Additional security and detailed rate analysis are mandatory for bids below engineer estimates as per KPPRA notifications. All taxes shall apply according to government rules and bids not complying with CDR and additional security requirements shall be considered non responsive. Financial bids shall be opened in the office of Executive Engineer Maintenance II Division Peshawar.
