Beautification Schemes In District Torghar Tender Notice
Description
Execution of beautification schemes at Tehsil Judbah Tehsil Daur Maira and Tehsil Hassanzai District Torghar under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS based on MRS 2025 first biannual and non MRS items. Procurement is open to government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with Communication and Works Department as per centralized enlistment policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for current financial year. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS and KP PPRA websites. Bid securities in favor of Assistant Director Senior LG and RDD Torghar are mandatory and must be uploaded electronically and submitted physically. Rates may be offered above below or at par on engineer estimate. Additional security and detailed rate analysis are mandatory for bids exceeding prescribed limits below engineer estimates according to KPPRA notifications. Contractors must maintain valid PEC and KPRA active taxpayer registration. Material testing shall be conducted by contractor on own risk and cost when demanded by procuring entity.
