Procurement Installation Server Cfmis Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of server for CFMIS through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per KP PPRA Rules 2014. Office of the Senior Civil Judge Orakzai invites bids from manufacturers authorized dealers and suppliers registered with income tax sales tax and active taxpayer list of FBR. Bid solicitation documents including evaluation criteria and terms conditions are available from KPPRA and District Courts Orakzai websites. Bid security amounting to two percent of quoted value in shape of Call Deposit Receipt from scheduled bank in favor of Senior Civil Judge Orakzai is mandatory. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded separately through EPADS before closing date. Technical bids shall be opened at District Courts Orakzai Baber Mela Hangu in presence of procurement committee and bidder representatives. Delivery and installation of server must be completed within seven days of issuance of supply order. All bidders must maintain active KPRA registration.
