Construction Electrical Mechanical Facility Works Tender Notice
Description
Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base including construction electrical mechanical and plumbing works under PPRA Rule 13(1). Sealed tenders are invited from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant fields with valid registration up to June 2026. Contractors must provide work orders completion certificates personnel details bank statements NTN certificates and income tax returns for last three years. Firms involved in litigation with government departments or having outstanding special reports are not eligible. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified contractors only and incomplete applications shall not be entertained. Non enlisted firms are required to provide 2 percent refundable bid security. Tender submission and opening shall take place at specified hours at HQ DW and CE PAF Chaklala. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject tenders under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Attach all mandatory PEC registration documents completion certificates and financial records to strengthen eligibility during evaluation.
