Description
Procurement of computer systems printers smart UPS heavy duty scanners and office scanners for record room and office use through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from reputed authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by refundable 5 percent bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order submitted physically before deadline. Successful bidder shall provide 10 percent performance guarantee and minimum one year warranty including free replacement service and maintenance. Rates must be inclusive of applicable GST and PST. Procuring authority reserves the right to enhance quantity and reject bids under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Attach valid tax registration certificates signed stamped bid documents and original bid security to maintain compliance during evaluation.
