Assorted Election Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of assorted election materials including plastic seals tamper evident bags TEB-I and tamper evident bags TEB-II through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure using EPADS. Electronic tenders are invited from firms companies and eligible entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Tender documents containing terms and conditions may be downloaded from EPADS or obtained through written request against non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500. Bidders are required to submit separate rates and separate bid securities for each item in shape of Pay Order or CDR issued by scheduled bank. Three sets of samples are mandatory before opening of technical bids. Successful bidders shall provide performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of total contract value and complete supply within 30 days after agreement execution. Prices must include all applicable taxes duties and delivery charges and remain valid for six months. Pro Tip: Submit required samples and original bid securities before opening time because incomplete or altered bids shall be rejected immediately.
