Procurement Of Office And Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of plant and machinery hardware IT equipment office stationery and furniture for financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules. Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax KPRA and appearing on Active Taxpayer List of Federal Board of Revenue. Standard bidding documents containing detailed descriptions quantities and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS district courts and KPPRA websites. Electronic bids must be submitted before deadline and technical bids will be opened in presence of procurement committee and bidders. Bid security equal to 2 percent of quoted value in shape of call deposit receipt is mandatory and original CDR must also be submitted physically before deadline. Pre-bid meeting will be held for clarifications and stationery bidders are required to bring samples for evaluation. Pro Tip: Submit required samples during pre-bid meeting and upload bid security details correctly on EPADS to avoid rejection.
