Description
Hiring of security services for Pakistan Audit and Accounts Complex Karachi through Single Stage One Envelope open competitive bidding using Least Cost Based Selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids are invited from reputable firms contractors and service providers registered with Income Tax and Provincial Sales Tax departments in Sindh and appearing on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security amounting to Rs. 234000 in shape of Pay Order Bankers Cheque Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft is mandatory and original security must be submitted physically before bid closing time. Electronic bidding documents containing scope of work specifications eligibility criteria and terms are available free of cost through EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 and manual submissions shall not be entertained.
