Gas Losses Reconciliation Independent Assessment Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a chartered accountant firm registered with ICAP having satisfactory QCR rating for independent assessment of unaccounted for gas losses and TBS wise reconciliation methodology for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited. Scope includes independent verification of unaccounted for gas volumes for transmission and distribution systems for five year period ending FY 2024-25 and independent third party assessment of TBS monitoring system for accuracy and reliability. Eligible firms must have served as statutory external auditor of natural gas utility companies in Pakistan within last 10 years and possess valid NTN PTN and ICAP registration. EOIs must be submitted electronically through EPADS by PPRA registered firms.
