It Equipment Government Offices Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment for financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Sealed electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers authorized distributors and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid security amounting to PKR 500000 in shape of Bank Draft or CDR in favor of DDO Estate Office is mandatory. Bidders must upload scanned copy of bid security on EPADS and submit original bank draft along with hard copy of electronically submitted sealed bid to Estate Office Islamabad. Pro Tip: Only bids submitted through E-PADS will be entertained so complete electronic submission before deadline.
