Purchase of ambulances for Capital Emergency Service CDA Islamabad through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Electronic technical and financial proposals are invited from authorized dealers and manufacturers registered with PPRA EPADS and NTN with FBR. Bid security amounting to Rs 10000000 through Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO Procurement and Contract CDA is mandatory. Manual submissions are not acceptable under e-Pak regulations 2023. Pro Tip: Upload scanned bid security on EPADS and submit original CDR or Pay Order at technical bid opening.
