Stitching Services Winter Ceremonial Uniforms Tender Notice
Description
Provide stitching services for Dress No. 7 and 7A winter ceremonial fore and aft rig uniforms for Chief Petty Officers and Petty Officers including tailoring and preparation according to required specifications. Procurement will be conducted under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Corrigendum revised the bid closing date to June 06 2026 which shall be treated as final submission deadline. Size wise quantity details will be communicated upon request to interested firms. Bid security amounting to 1.50 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain valid for 20 days. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM after submission deadline. Pro Tip: Ensure stitching capability and garment quality standards are clearly demonstrated in the proposal.
