Plastic Coated Offset Paper Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply plastic coated paper and white offset paper for printing and operational requirements through electronic bidding procedure using EPADS. Interested bidders are required to submit electronic bids according to tender instructions while manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted through pay order demand draft unconditional bank guarantee or approved insurance guarantee with scanned copies uploaded on EPADS and original documents dispatched before submission deadline. Technical evaluation shall be conducted according to specifications bill of quantities and tender requirements. Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be considered and samples must be submitted if required in the tender documents. Bid security amounting to PKR 27000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain valid for 120 days. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM in presence of interested bidders. Pro Tip: Ensure signatures stamps and all mandatory supporting documents are attached with the electronic bid to avoid rejection.
