It Equipment Plant Machinery Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure IT equipment plant and machinery including office and operational equipment required for Centre of Excellence for China Pakistan Economic Corridor under procurement plan FY 2025-26 through EPADS v2.0 under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure on Least Cost Based Selection basis in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Interested bidders are required to submit electronic bids along with prescribed bid security or bid securing declaration where applicable. Manual submissions shall not be entertained and bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before submission deadline. Bid security amounting to PKR 1650000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain valid for 88 days. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day of submission deadline. Grievance Redressal Committee notification is available on procuring agency and PPRA websites. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration technical specifications and electronic bid documents are complete before submission.
