Healthcare Facility Revamping Upgradation Tender Notice
Description
Revamping and upgradation of leftover secondary healthcare facility at THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishan District Kasur for year 2025-26 through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules. Procurement includes healthcare facility improvement and construction works on approved DNIT and BOQ basis from contractors and firms enlisted with PEC having relevant category and specialization codes. Interested bidders must submit online bids through EPADS along with original 5 percent earnest money in the form of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque before closing time otherwise bids shall not be entertained. Every page of uploaded bid must be signed stamped and readable and bidders are required to quote item wise rates and amounts in financial bids. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rules and performance guarantee shall be obtained from lowest bidder. Bid opening will take place at 01:30 PM on the same day of submission deadline. Pro Tip: Ensure PEC license original earnest money and complete readable BOQ documents are uploaded before submission.
