Outdoor Advertisement Marketing Spaces Leasing Tender Notice
Description
Leasing and renting of outdoor advertisement and marketing spaces within Lahore Ring Road Right of Way for a period of five years through Punjab E-Tendering System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Packages include static signs hoardings digital mupi signs and digital pole streamers at Quaid-e-Azam Interchange Nawaz Sharif Interchange Bhatta Chowk State Life Ferozpur Road Bulleh Shah Interchange Lake City Bahria Fazaia Multan Road and Airport bridge locations. Interested outdoor advertising firms companies and operators having valid PHA registration legal entity registration and tax certificates may participate. Applicants are required to upload technical and financial bids along with earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated revenue in favour of Punjab Ring Road Authority. Separate applications are required for each package and only technically qualified bidders shall proceed to financial bid opening.
