Secondary Health Facilities Upgradation Tender Notice
Description
Revamping and upgradation works for leftover secondary health facilities at Government Haji Abdul Qayyum Hospital Sahiwal through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis under Punjab Buildings Department Communication and Works. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate through Punjab E-Procurement System. Contractors are required to upload earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sahiwal and submit original financial instruments before opening of bids. Bidders must quote item-wise rates against each BOQ entry and incomplete financial bids blank DNIT or missing summaries shall be treated as non-responsive. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee in approved banking instruments valid beyond completion date. Estimated project cost is Rs. 214,546,857 with earnest money amounting to Rs. 10,727,343 and completion period of 12 months.
