Maintenance and repair works for educational institutions agricultural offices and secondary healthcare facilities in District Sialkot through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Works include maintenance and repair of Government Shahbaz Sharif Associate College Jamke Cheema - Government Graduate College Pasrur - Government Islamia College Sambrial - establishment of school for midwifery at DHDCs and selected THQ Hospitals Daska - repair of Director Agriculture Pest Warning and Quality Control office - K-Work civil works for Assistant Director and Deputy Director Agricultural Engineering office - revamping and upgradation of leftover secondary healthcare facilities and maintenance works for agriculture offices at Chawinda and Daska. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council are required to upload earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sialkot and submit original CDR before opening of bids. Successful bidders shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee and incomplete financial bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Estimated project costs range from Rs. 0.935 million to Rs. 210.627 million with completion timelines extending up to 15.06.2027.
