Moharram Ul Haram Arrangement Works Tender Notice
Description
Arrangement works for Moharram Ul Haram 2026 for Municipal Committee Kot Radha Kishan through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Procurement is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category. Bidders shall upload PDF bids through EPADS and submit earnest money in the form of CDR at 5% of estimated cost. Original CDR along with firm letterhead must be submitted before bid closing time otherwise online bids shall not be entertained. Online bids will be opened on EPADS on scheduled date and time. Bids with corrupt unreadable or virus infected files shall be rejected. Financial instruments in hard copy must accompany uploaded soft copies. No conditional or telephone tenders shall be entertained and all applicable procurement rules shall apply. Pro Tip: Contractors submitting properly signed stamped and virus free electronic bids with valid earnest money documentation can avoid rejection during evaluation.
