Repair Street Lights Portable Washroom Sabeel Works Tender Notice
Description
Repair of Muharram route including provision and fixing of street lights portable washrooms and setup of sabeel for Muharram route under M&R 2025-26 through E-Tendering system. Procurement is open to contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid CNIC PRA registration and NTN. Contractors shall upload 5% earnest money CDR and submit rates electronically through BOQ item wise rate method on EPADS portal. Original CDR and application on letterhead must be submitted before the tender opening committee otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. Successful bidder may be required to deposit additional performance security and quality assurance guarantee where quoted rates are 5% or below estimated cost. Procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules and procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35. Pro Tip: Contractors ensuring valid uploaded documents and timely physical submission of original CDR can avoid technical disqualification during evaluation.
