Outsourcing Of Cafe Operations At Rohtas Fort Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of indoor and outdoor cafe operations at Rohtas Fort Jhelum for interested bidders having relevant experience in coffee business theme based cafes high footfall location management or food court management along with prior collaboration experience with government semi government or autonomous authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically and bidders are required to quote rates against each entry in the prescribed financial bid form. Bid security at 5% of annual estimated rent in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of Director General Archaeology must accompany bids and original instrument shall be submitted physically before bid opening time. Incomplete bids shall be treated as non responsive and technically qualified highest financial bidder shall receive award after correction of arithmetic errors. Site visits may be conducted with prior permission of Directorate General Archaeology.
