Construction Civil Works Educational Security Studies Facili Tender Notice
Description
Construction of civil works component for establishment of National Institute of Intelligence & Security Studies at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad under PSDP project including institutional infrastructure development and associated civil and electrical works. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure requiring separate Technical Bid and Price Bid submissions. Eligible bidders must possess valid EPADS registration PEC Category C-1 with specialization CE-01 CE-09 CE10 and EE04 valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and active FBR taxpayer status. Bidders shall submit bid security of Rs.12.000 million in the form of call deposit pay order or bank guarantee. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-15 at 1100 hours. Technical and price bids shall be uploaded on EPADS along with hard copies submission. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1330 hours in the presence of bidder representatives while price bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Pro Tip: Contractors with strong institutional infrastructure experience and complete PEC compliance documentation should ensure timely EPADS upload and accurate technical qualification submissions for successful participation.
