Laptop Computers Procurement Through Epads Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 30 laptops through EPADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through EPADS only and manual submissions shall not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened on the same day while financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened after technical evaluation. Bid security amounting to Rs. 400,000/- in favor of Power Planning and Monitoring Company is mandatory and original instrument must be submitted before bid closing time along with scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-03 at 12:00 hours.
