Hybrid Solarization Court Offices Tender Notice
Description
Hybrid solarization works for courts and allied offices at District Headquarters Vehari Tehsil Burewala and Tehsil Mailsi under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Procurement includes off-grid hybrid solarization systems for 18 locations at Vehari 13 locations at Burewala and 9 locations at Mailsi with completion period of one month. Eligible engineering companies firms joint ventures and contractors must possess PEC registration relevant tax registrations and EPADS registration. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost in favor of District and Sessions Judge Vehari is mandatory in form of CDR Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids. Financial bids must contain complete item rates and analysis summaries otherwise bids shall be declared nonresponsive. Pro Tip: Solar engineering contractors should provide detailed BOQ pricing valid PEC credentials and timely submission of original bid securities for responsive evaluation.
