Furniture And Hybrid Solar Energy Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture including tables chairs benches revolving chairs sofa sets and installation of hybrid solar energy systems for courts and allied offices at Judicial Complex Rajanpur Jampur and Rojhan under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS under Single Stage Bidding Procedure. Bid security at 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order is mandatory and successful bidders shall provide performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of contract value. Bids shall remain valid till 2026-06-30 and procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids under prevailing rules and regulations. Pro Tip: Solar system suppliers and furniture vendors should ensure valid tax registrations and timely submission of original bid securities to qualify for evaluation.
