4k Camera System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex invites item-wise sealed bids through EPADS for procurement of one 4K Camera System under National Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids are invited from manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with income and sales tax authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Technical bids shall be opened in the conference room of the administration block while physical submission of original bid security in shape of CDR demand draft pay order or bankers cheque is mandatory before deadline. Bids submitted through hand post courier email or fax shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: Medical imaging equipment suppliers should upload complete compliance documents and authorization certificates on EPADS to avoid technical disqualification.
