Pakistan Navy Headquarters COMNOR Islamabad invites sealed quotations from firms and importers for purchase of bio-degradable polythene garbage bags for NRC Islamabad for financial year 2026-27. Interested firms must be registered with Government of Pakistan for sales tax NTN and professional taxes while blacklisted firms shall not be entertained. Tender documents can be obtained from OIC NRC and quotation fee of Rs. 2000 is mandatory. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender title and authorized representatives may attend opening session.
