Director General South Energy Department Balochistan invites electronic bids for provision of electricity in isolated villages under PSDP project Package 2 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must have PEC C-3 or above registration with EE11 solar specialization and documented experience in solar hybrid systems.
