Commercial Shops Lease Commercial Centre Tender Notice
Description
Competitive bidding for hiring of 27 commercial shops on lease at GPA Commercial Centre Gwadar including ground floor and first floor commercial units with annual renewable lease arrangement and 10% annual escalation. Sealed bids are invited from eligible Pakistani nationals, firms and companies under Single Stage Single Envelope competitive bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Bid documents are available against non refundable fee of Rs. 1000 and each bid must include earnest money equivalent to 2% of annual reserve price through Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of GPA. Separate sealed bids are required for each shop and female applicants shall be given preference for first floor shop allotments. Bids shall be submitted by 15-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at GPA Facilitation Center Gwadar.
