Municipal Committee Burewala invites e-bids through EPADS for rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets in Burewala City under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab PP Rules 2014. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR, PRA, PPRA and EPADS may participate. PEC Category C2 and above with code CE-01 is mandatory. Estimated project cost is PKR 381,628,390 with bid security of PKR 7,632,568 in shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Burewala. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 02-06-2026 at 12:00 PM at Municipal Committee Office Burewala. E-bids submission deadline is 10-06-2026 at 02:00 PM and opening at 02:30 PM on same day. Bid validity period is 120 days. Pro Tip: Road construction firms with urban rehabilitation expertise, CE-01 specialization and strong EPADS compliance documentation may gain advantage in technical evaluation.
