Invitation to bid for prequalification and procurement of guest house and hotel services for official guests stay for PKLI and RC Rawalpindi under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on Active Taxpayer List may participate through Punjab EPADS. Tender reference PRO/73/2026 carries estimated cost of PKR 3,202,083 with mandatory bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated amount in favor of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 10-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on same day. Original bid security shall be physically submitted to Administration Department Ground Floor PKLI and RC Rawalpindi before submission deadline. Bid validity shall remain 180 days.
