Rehabilitation Improvement Muharram Routes Tender Notice
Description
District Council Rawalpindi invites bids through EPADS under PPRA Rules for rehabilitation and improvement of Muharram routes including PCC patch work, drainage and sewerage works in different union councils of District Council Rawalpindi. Approved contractors for FY 2025-2026 may participate through item rate bidding procedure. Estimated project cost is PKR 42.817 million with earnest money amounting to PKR 2.140 million in shape of Call Deposit Receipt. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of District Council Rawalpindi. Lowest bidders quoting rates beyond prescribed limits shall deposit additional performance security under PPRA rules. Pro Tip: Civil contractors experienced in urban rehabilitation, drainage and Muharram route infrastructure works may gain competitive advantage during evaluation.
