District Council Rawalpindi invites item rate bids through EPADS for rehabilitation of street from Main Hadot Road towards Main Street Tehsil Murree under PPRA Rules for FY 2025-2026. Approved contractors may participate by uploading bids electronically with mandatory earnest money in shape of CDR. Estimated project cost is PKR 32.717 million with earnest money amounting to PKR 1.635 million. Bids shall be submitted by 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 02:00 PM in District Council Rawalpindi office. Contractors are required to quote item-wise rates strictly as per PPRA regulations.
