Cctv Camera System Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of CCTV camera system complete in all respects including all accessories at Allied Hospital-II Faisalabad on FOR basis under one time purchase procurement. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules through e-PADS using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Firms having established technical financial and managerial capabilities may participate. Bids shall include technical and financial proposals separately marked and sealed. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated price in shape of irrevocable bank guarantee or CDR in favour of undersigned is mandatory. Pre-bid conference shall be held in committee room of hospital and written reservations may be submitted before specified deadline. Bids with loose papers incomplete page marking or unsigned documents shall be rejected. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened. Pro Tip: Ensure all bid pages are properly signed stamped ring bound and submitted with complete accessories details.
