Server Cfmis Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of server for CFMIS through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bids are invited from manufacturers authorized dealers and suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and appearing on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid solicitation documents including evaluation criteria and terms conditions are available from KPPRA and District Courts Orakzai websites or office of District and Sessions Judge Orakzai. Bid security amounting to 2% of quoted value in shape of CDR from scheduled bank in favor of District and Sessions Judge Orakzai is mandatory and affidavit regarding placement of bid security in financial bid is required. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and only technical bids shall be opened initially in presence of purchase committee and bidders representatives. Delivery and installation shall be completed within 7 days from issuance of supply order. Pro Tip: Ensure uploaded technical and financial bid files are fully readable and submit separate clearly marked envelopes with complete bidder information.
