Purchase Of Portable Office Container Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of portable office container 40 FT under project for conservation rehabilitation improvement and upgradation of museum facilities through single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial proposals are invited electronically through E-PADS from registered manufacturers and authorized agents. Estimated procurement value is Rs. 5.512 million and bidders are required to submit bid security equal to 5% of estimated price in shape of pay order or CDR. Bidders must possess valid NTN and STRN registration certificates. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day in presence of procurement committee and bidders representatives. Successful bidder shall deliver the item within one week after issuance of purchase order. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of valid tax registrations and original bid security before opening time to maintain bid eligibility.
