Description
Procurement of furniture items for Sessions Courts District Narowal including office tables computer tables lawyer tables side racks book racks litigant benches sofa sets revolving chairs office chairs presiding chairs center tables and computer chairs through single stage one envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from reputed firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with sales tax income tax and Punjab sales tax departments. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost for each lot in shape of CDR is mandatory and bidders are also required to submit affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status. Bid validity period is 120 days and procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids are to be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened on the same day in presence of bidders representatives.
