Virtualization Solution Revenue Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of virtualization solution for revenue systems under Pakistan Raises Revenue Program financed by the World Bank including VMware vCenter Server VMware Cloud Foundation VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus and VMware Live Site Recovery solutions. Procurement shall be conducted through one envelope bidding process using national competitive procurement and request for bids method under World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from official website free of cost and inspect documents during office hours. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 1st June 2026 at 15:00 HRS PST at FBR House Islamabad. Electronic bidding is not permitted and sealed bids must be delivered physically before submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of PKR 3,000,000 in shape of pay order demand draft call deposit receipt or bank guarantee. Bids will be publicly opened immediately after submission deadline in presence of bidders representatives.
