Solar Digital Transformation Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply and installation of solar plants and extension of existing plants at seed processing units upgradation of delinting and ginning units supply of agriculture implements supply and implementation of digital transformation system and supply of computer hardware for Punjab Seed Corporation farms and processing units. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents online and bids must be submitted through EPADS portal with separate bid securities in shape of bank guarantee demand draft CDR or pay order equivalent to approximately 2% of estimated prices. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders representatives and taxes shall apply according to government rules. NTN and tax registration certificates are mandatory. Pro Tip: Submit separate bid securities and tax registration documents for each tender lot to avoid rejection during evaluation.
