Procurement for fabrication of 33 suction machines with 4500 liter capacity through Punjab EPADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites electronic bids from manufacturers authorized dealers suppliers contractors companies and firms registered with FBR and PRA having NTN and PNTN registration. Estimated procurement value is PKR 286 million with mandatory bid security amounting to PKR 5.72 million in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order. Technical bids will be opened electronically on EPADS and only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening.
