Bulk purchase of medicines surgical disposables PVMS medical store items laboratory kits and reagents for financial year 2026-2027 on as and when required basis for Army Cardiac Hospital Lahore. Sealed quotations are invited from financially sound registered firms manufacturers suppliers importers and authorized distributors. Quotations must include trade price final offered price and applicable GST. Mandatory documents include sales tax registration NTN professional tax certificate bank statement experience proof and undertaking regarding blacklist status.
