Procurement Of Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment through single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 including laptops desktop computer systems laser jet printers color laser printers multifunctional printers document scanners photocopier machines video conference equipment audio and video conference solution and LED displays. Authorized distributors and suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Active Taxpayer List of FBR are invited to participate through EPADS. Bidders are required to quote complete quantity for each individual lot and submit original bid security in shape of call deposit bank draft or pay order before online submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted before 2026-06-10 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at NSDRA office Islamabad. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration and submit original bid security for each quoted lot before bid closing time.
