Procurement Of Educational Magazine Printing Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of college magazine printing and publishing services including supply and delivery of magazines under procurement process for educational institution requirements. Interested firms companies suppliers distributors individuals and AOPs registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Professional Tax for the year 2025-26 are invited to participate. Separate technical and financial bids are required under EPADS procurement procedure. Bids must include scanned copy of bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated value along with standard bidding documents tender forms affidavits and supporting documents. Original bid security instrument must be delivered before submission deadline in sealed envelope otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Technical bid opening will take place on the same day while financial bids will be opened later through E-PADS in the presence of authorized representatives. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all tenders under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
