Ponds Drains Nullah Desilting Works Tender Notice
Description
Desilting works for open ponds drains and nullah through hiring of machinery and related operational services under jurisdiction of District Council Hafizabad. Procurement is invited from contractors firms manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with E-PADS FBR PRA and PPRA having valid PEC license category C-6 or above. E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS in PDF format along with bid security in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost. Original bid security instrument must be submitted before submission deadline clearly marked with tender title. Procurement shall follow single stage one envelope procedure and bids found corrupt unreadable containing virus or conditional in nature shall be rejected. Rates and amounts must be filled both in figures and words.
