Renovation and upgradation works for existing art council buildings including provision of furniture plant machinery and related infrastructure improvement at PUCAR Dera Ghazi Khan under E-Tendering system. Procurement is invited from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category through PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors are required to upload scanned copies of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR before opening time otherwise bids shall be disqualified. Item wise online rates must be quoted against all BOQ entries and incomplete financial bids including blank BOQs or summary pages shall be treated as non responsive. Contractors quoting rates more than five percent below DNIT shall deposit quality assurance security while performance guarantee requirements may apply according to Finance Department rules.
