Procurement Of Hospital Medicines And Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of medicines surgical disposables dialysis items pathology laboratory reagents general store items printing material stationery bedding linen X-ray films chemicals dental material instruments and medical gases for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Separate bidding documents are required for each lot and bids must be uploaded through E-PADS along with bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost valid for 180 days in shape of CDR pay order demand draft or bankers cheque. Original bid security and sealed hard copy bids must also be submitted before closing deadline. Lowest evaluated lot wise bidder shall be awarded contract and taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Bidders should prepare separate lot wise proposals complete tax registration certificates and original bid security instruments before submission deadline.
