It Infrastructure Equipment Installation Tender Notice
Description
Turnkey procurement for supply and installation of IT infrastructure equipment and allied accessories for headquarters facility through single stage two envelope e-bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Procurement is open to firms companies sole proprietors and authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through E-PADS along with bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favor of Director General Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency Lahore. Original bid security must be submitted one hour before opening of bids otherwise proposals shall be considered non responsive. Bid validity shall remain for 90 days from opening date.
