Bulk Procurement Coagulation Analyzer Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of laboratory tests on reagent rental basis with placement of fully automated coagulation analyzer for financial year 2026-27 through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. E bids are invited from manufacturers sole agents and sole importers registered with relevant tax authorities and EPADS. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bid security up to 2 percent of estimated quoted items must be submitted in original along with uploaded soft copy before opening deadline. Hard copies of complete bids are not required.
